Jardin d’Acclimatation

Located within the verdant expanse of the Bois de Boulogne, the Jardin d’Acclimatation is a children’s amusement park, an oasis of joy and discovery. Established in 1860 under the auspices of Emperor Napoleon III and his wife, Empress Eugénie, this enchanting garden has long been a beloved destination for families and nature enthusiasts alike.

Visitors can revel in a myriad of attractions, from charming carousels and whimsical rides to serene walking paths and beautifully landscaped gardens.

The park offers numerous fair-style attractions, such as mini rollercoasters, swing rides, and a variety of farm animals and birds. Other features include an archery range, a house of mirrors, a miniature golf course, a narrow-gauge train, pony rides, carousels, a puppet theater, shooting galleries, and a children’s art museum (Musée en Herbe).
